The prices of our products are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes, and include a contribution towards processing and delivery costs for subscriptions, back issues and other products, unless otherwise stated. In the event of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or government taxes may be payable. These duties and charges are not the responsibility of DJ AGENCY. They shall be at your expense and are your sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and bodies in your country. We advise you to seek information on these matters from your local authorities. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
DJ AGENCY reserves the right to amend its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.
The products remain the property of the publisher until full payment of the price has been received.

Article 5 – Availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, subject to availability from the supplier. As this information comes directly from suppliers, errors or changes may occasionally occur.

Article 6 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. For subscriptions, as the magazine is published every two months, you will receive your first issue 1 to 8 weeks after your payment has been processed. The delivery times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times for magazines destined for mainland France.
For mail order (special editions, back issues, shop items, etc.), you will receive your order 4 days after your payment has been processed.
The delivery times indicated are average, non-binding times, which correspond to the processing and delivery times for magazines sent to mainland France, and which may be extended in certain cases (temporary stock shortages, etc.).
If paying by cheque, the order will be processed upon receipt of the cheque. Consequently, the delivery times applicable in this case are those on the date the cheque is received and may therefore differ from those stated on the date the order was placed.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment for your purchases can be made by credit card: Visa or MasterCard, via secure online payment or by post.

We have adopted SSL encryption but have also strengthened all scrambling and encryption processes to protect all sensitive payment data as effectively as possible.
Article 9 – Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back
You have a period of 7 days from the date of your order to cancel it and receive a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of delivery and return postage. Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. Returns must be sent to ART MAG /DJ AGENCY, 30 avenue d’Italie, Immeuble le Montrachet, 80090 AMIENS – France. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of your request. The refund will be made, at DJ AGENCY’s discretion, either by credit to your bank account or by cheque made out to the name of the customer who placed the order and sent to the billing address. No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted, for any reason whatsoever. All texts, comments, reviews, illustrations and images reproduced on the website www.magazine-art-mag.fr are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide. As such, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, use is permitted solely for private purposes, subject to any different or more restrictive provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. Any other use constitutes an infringement and is punishable under intellectual property law unless prior authorisation has been obtained from DJ AGENCY. The products or services offered comply with current French legislation. DJ AGENCY shall not be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products or services are delivered (e.g. prohibition of a track, etc.). DJ AGENCY shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from this contract, including loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs. Article 12 – Applicable law – Disputes
This contract is governed by French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 13 – Default of payment
Failure to pay may result in criminal proceedings, which will incur costs for which you will be liable:
- late payment penalties: 40% of the subscription price
- subscription price: depending on the duration of the subscription
- court registry fees at current rates: €33.47
- service of the order: €37.15
The amounts are provided for information purposes only. Only the current rates set by the courts shall be taken into account.

The personal data you provide to us is essential for processing your order and will be shared with the publisher responsible for your subscription.
